  3. Then, in special installations, the reverse is again combined with cream in the prescribed proportion, obtaining products with a fixed fat content - 0.8%, 1.5%, 2.5%, 3, 2%, 3.5%. Milk is re-pasteurized by heating to 65-80 ° C.
  4. Sugar and sometimes starch and flavorings are added to reproduce the flavor of the original product. Preservatives are added to increase the shelf life.

Knowing how to skim milk yourself, you can get an absolutely safe drink. Village milk is poured into a 3-liter jar and placed in a cold place - on a refrigerator shelf or cellar - for a day.
