I propose to diversify your menu and cook potatoes with meat that everyone is used to. But to cook not in the traditional way, but to make it more interesting, tastier and more joyful to eat, stuff the tubers with minced meat.

Stuffed potatoes are a very appetizing and tasty dish. Only one species seduces and induces an appetite. Anyone who loves this vegetable, especially with meat filling, will not leave indifferent the food. Although the filler can be completely different, starting with fish and ending with vegetables or cereals.

Usually pre-boiled potatoes are stuffed. Although in practice, other options are possible. For example, cut a root vegetable in half and fry it until golden brown. There are also options where raw potatoes are cooked or cooked until half cooked. Different versions of the preparatory work give a different taste to the dish.

Such a dish is good in that it allows you to reduce the time for preparing dinner or lunch, since the dish combines both the main dish and the side dish. I use pork as a filling, but you can use minced poultry, mushrooms or smoked meat.
