Today, corn porridge can be cooked from cereals or flour of different grinds. And it is noteworthy that the duration and result of the dish depends precisely on the selected raw materials. For example, if the dish turns out to be thick, then it can be perfectly diluted with yogurt, boiled milk or fruit puree. And for the little ones, add honey, berries, jam, preserves, dried fruits.

For a daily meal, porridge is seasoned with salted cheese, vegetable roast of peppers, tomatoes or onions. But a particularly popular recipe is boiled porridge in water with salt, and before use it is seasoned with cream or butter. But for weight loss and weight loss, it is served with vegetable or olive oil.
