Pork with pomegranate chamois is an unusually tasty, spicy and aromatic dish based on Caucasian cuisine. It is prepared quickly and easily, has a pronounced taste with a slight sweet and sour aftertaste.
A lot of words have already been said about the benefits and contraindications of pork, but not so many articles have been given to pomegranate seeds. Note that pomegranate seeds, ferment-containing seeds, are widely used in oriental cuisine. They perfectly cope with the task of preserving the juiciness of meat, making it tasty and well-assimilated by the body. It is worth saying that the fruit contains many medicinal properties like amino acids, vitamin C and more. Berry juice increases the level of hemoglobin, restores the strength of sick and weakened people.
I used whole grains for this dish. However, if you wish, you can squeeze juice out of them, in which you can cook the dish. Then the pieces of meat will become even more tender. The piercingly sour pomegranate juice marinates meat well, penetrating into its pieces and quickly softening them, which makes the pork juicy when frying.

Cooking Pomegranate Seed Roast Pork:
1. Peel the pork from the film, cut off excess fat and films. Rinse under running water, pat dry with a cotton towel and cut into medium pieces of about 3-4 cm. Peel the onions, rinse and chop into half rings.
2. Wash the pomegranate, cut in half and disassemble into grains, removing the white film.
3. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat. Add the meat and turn on a high heat. Cook the pork until golden brown. Try to keep it in one layer in the pan. Otherwise, if it is piled up in a mountain, then the pork will not begin to fry, but to stew.
4. When the pieces are golden brown, add the onion to the pan and screw the temperature down to medium.
5. Fry the meat and onions for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and season the dish with salt and pepper. If you wish, you can add any spices and spices. For example, dried basil, parsley, suneli hops, ground paprika, hot peppers, etc.
6. Immediately add the pomegranate seeds to the pan.
7. Stir and cook until the meat is tender. At the same time, while stirring, crush the grains with a spatula so that the meat is saturated with pomegranate juice. If you wish, you can also pour a little red dry wine and simmer the dish for 10 minutes.
8. Serve your meal sprinkle with fresh pomegranate seeds. You can eat the dish alone or in a company with any side dish.
