Therefore, today we will quickly cook a light, dietary and healthy delicious dinner - chicken drumsticks with stewed cabbage. The recipe is simple and optimized for busy housewives. It is both a side dish and a main meat dish. Literally 45 minutes and the chicken and cabbage will be on the table. And the "common pan" gives one more advantage - the cabbage is saturated with the aroma of fried chicken, and the poultry becomes especially soft, juicy and tender, which simply melts in your mouth.
White cabbage is most often used for the recipe, but the blue variety is also suitable. But then it should be borne in mind that blue cabbage is stewed longer. The dish can be prepared according to the recipe, or you can improvise with additional ingredients.
