1. Place the capelin in a colander and rinse under running water. Do this carefully so as not to damage the fish. it is very small and easy to deform. Then dry it very well with a paper towel. Otherwise, during frying, when hot fat and water come into contact, there will be a lot of splashes that can burn your hands and stain the stove and work surface.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Any kind of fish must be fried in a very well-heated pan. Then place the fish in the skillet so that they do not come into contact with each other.
