Pancakes are a traditional Russian dish. Milk is used for the classic cooking recipe, but other recipes have long been known, where this product is replaced by other components. For example, yogurt, kefir, water and even beer are successfully used. In this recipe, we will just consider the last option. This method is great for those who are clearly lactose intolerant. In addition, the beer recipe is also interesting for its taste and smell. In addition, honey will be added to the composition, and in the company with a hoppy drink, the dish turns out to be incredibly tasty.
Be aware that beer pancakes come out even more durable, which makes it easy to wrap various fillings in them. Moreover, they can be both sweet and salty. In combination with the salty filling, you get a great snack for a frothy drink. And stuffing pancakes with banana, strawberries or cottage cheese, you get an excellent dessert. However, even in an independent form, the dish turns out to be quite tasty. This recipe is also good in that you can use beer for it, which is left over from yesterday's evening gatherings.

Ingredients:
- Beer - 500 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
Step-by-step preparation of honey and beer pancakes:
1. Pour beer into the kneading container. It can be any, both light and dark. By using a darker variety, the hop aroma will be more pronounced in the leaflets.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the beer and stir with a whisk to distribute it evenly.
3. Next, beat in an egg.
4. Whisk the ingredients together again. The beer will begin to foam immediately and a foam will appear on the surface. After that, put honey in the liquid ingredients and also mix well so that it completely dissolves. If the honey is too tight, then first melt it in a water bath.
6. Add flour. It is advisable to sift it through a fine sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen.
7. Whisk the ingredients until smooth and smooth without a single lump. A blender can be used for this process. It breaks and kneads the dough well.
8. Place the pan on the stove and heat it well. For frying pancakes, you do not need to grease it with oil. But before baking the first pancake, I still recommend oiling it, so as not to get the "first pancake lumpy". After scooping, take a portion of the dough and pour it into the pan. Turn on medium heat and fry the pancake for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
9. When a fried edge appears around the pancake, turn it over to the other side. Bring it to the same consistency, i.e. to blush. Put the finished pancakes in a stack on top of each other, each oiled with oil.
