- Bread - 2 slices

- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Mushrooms (any variety) - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step-by-step preparation of a sandwich with mushrooms and cheese, a recipe with a photo:
1. Take any mushrooms for the recipe. It can be champignons or oyster mushrooms, pre-boiled frozen wild mushrooms are also suitable. If using frozen fruits, defrost them naturally without using the microwave. Wash the champignons and oyster mushrooms and dry with a paper towel. Then cut the mushrooms into strips, cubes, or any other size.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Send mushrooms into it and heat the stove medium. Fry the mushrooms, stirring occasionally to prevent them from burning. Season them with salt and black pepper. If using champignons or oyster mushrooms, season them with a mushroom mixture. these varieties do not have a special forest scent. When the mushrooms are golden brown, remove them from the pan. If the filling seems to stick to the bottom of the pan and is too dry, add some water to add juiciness.
