1. Place the curd in a deep bowl. It must be very dry, otherwise exclude milk from the recipe. If the curd is very moist, remove the excess whey from it. To do this, hang it in cheesecloth and hang it or put it in a fine sieve. Leave it on for a while. To quickly drain the liquid, press down on the cottage cheese with a press.
2. Pour milk at room temperature into the curd.
3. Then add raw eggs to the food.
4. Pour flour sifted through a fine sieve onto the curd and season with salt. Stir the curd mass. If you want the curd cakes to be homogeneous without curd grains, beat the curd dough with a blender until smooth. If you like to feel curd lumps in the curd pan, stir the dough with a spoon.
5. Add coarse grated cheese and diced sausage to the curd dough.
6. Stir the food to distribute the filling evenly throughout the dough.
7. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Take the curd dough with a tablespoon and put it in a hot frying pan, forming round curd cakes. Heat the stove to medium heat and fry the curd cakes with cheese and sausage on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the finished dish hot with sour cream, any sauce, a cup of coffee or tea. Although after cooling, the dish turns out to be no less tasty.
