- Peking cabbage - 5-6 leaves

- Apples - 1 pc.
- Crab sticks - 5 pcs.

Step-by-step preparation of salad with crab sticks, Chinese cabbage, pears and apples, recipe with photo:
1. From the head of Peking cabbage, remove the required number of leaves, wash them, dry them with a paper towel and chop them into thin strips.
2. Remove the crab sticks from the plastic bag and cut into cubes or strips. If they are frozen, then defrost naturally, without using hot water or the microwave.
