Adjika is an excellent national Caucasian seasoning for any kind of meat. It can be used simultaneously for marinade and sauce, and can also be considered a set of spices when preparing gourmet meals. It has a spicy smell and piquant pungency, which gives a unique taste, and the aroma will not leave anyone indifferent. The smell of adjika stimulates the appetite and makes you eat more than usual. At the same time, it simultaneously stimulates, accelerates and optimizes the digestion process. Seasoning food with this hot spice, you don't have to worry about overeating, because no matter how much meat you eat, everything will be absorbed, it will not cause heaviness in the stomach and will not be deposited in fat.
Today we are preparing a stew with adjika, which can be served either without a side dish or with boiled potatoes, spaghetti, rice or stewed vegetables. This wonderful dish goes well with any side dish. The dish belongs to this category of recipes that are loved by busy housewives and culinary beginners. Everything is fast here and a minimum of ingredients are used. But if time permits, then you can marinate the meat in advance a few hours before the start of the process. If you wish and taste, you can add vegetables, spices and herbs to the dish to taste.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 500 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Adjika - 2-3 tbsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Allspice peas - 3 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Step by step cooking of stewed pork in adjika, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat, dry well with a paper towel, remove the film with veins and if there is a lot of fat, cut it off. Then cut the pork into medium slices.
2. Peel the onions, wash and chop into thin half rings.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it well and add pieces of meat.
4. Heat high heat and fry the meat until light golden brown. If liquid comes out of it, then collect it in a glass, and then use it for extinguishing.
5. Send chopped onions to the pan.
6. Bring the temperature to medium and fry the meat and onions for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add adjika, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, peppercorns to the food and stir. Add some liquid if necessary. Boil, turn the temperature to the minimum setting, close the pan with a lid and simmer the pork in adjika for half an hour.
