It should be noted that this is the most dietary and low-calorie option for preparing meat dishes. Step-by-step cooking of boiled meat in its own juice, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Cut off the entire film with veins and cut into medium pieces. Place it in a heavy-bottomed cooking pot.
2. Add bay leaf, peppercorns and peeled garlic to the meat.
3. Pour drinking water over the meat so that it almost covers it and boil. Reduce the temperature to the lowest setting, cover the pot and cook for half an hour. Then season with salt and black pepper and continue cooking for another half hour. Check the readiness to taste: the pieces should easily divide along the fibers. If this does not happen, continue to cook the meat for another 15 minutes and sample again.
