They were created specifically to be stuffed with any fillings. Anything can be used as fillings: meat, vegetables, mushrooms, fish, cottage cheese and even fruits. - Cannelloni - 4 pcs.

1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Cut off excess fat and films. Cut it into convenient chunks and place it in a food processor with a cutting knife attachment.
2. Grind the meat into a homogeneous mass. It can also be twisted through a meat grinder with a medium wire rack or cut into small pieces.
3. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and add the minced meat. Add finely chopped garlic, salt, black pepper and any herbs with herbs. Saute the meat over medium heat until lightly browned.
