If you decide to repeat this recipe, you will not go wrong, because in the end you will get juicy and tender meat for lunch or dinner. In addition, the recipe is quite versatile. You can bake several small portions. Or you can take an impressive piece of meat and feed a large number of people. Diversify the meat with different sauces, and serve baked vegetables as a side dish.
The recipe means baking in foil. This is very convenient - firstly, it is difficult to spoil or dry out meat with this method of cooking. Secondly, the juice from the meat will not leak onto a baking sheet or mold (the main thing is to wrap the edges of the foil well) and you will not have to wash excess dishes. And thirdly, the meat is calorie-free, because we do not use vegetable oil in such quantities as for frying in a pan.

Oven baked meat in foil with balsamic vinegar - step by step preparation and photo
A piece of pork cut into portioned pieces with a thickness of at least 1 cm, but not more than 2 cm. We make cuts on each piece.
Rub the meat with spices on each side.
Now let's prepare the marinade. Pour balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil onto a plate (this is more convenient). Stir to distribute over the entire surface of the plate.
Place the pieces of meat on a plate. Turn the meat over after 10 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil as needed. Marinate the meat for another 10 minutes, on the other side.
We spread the meat on foil.
Making a foil envelope.
We send all this to the oven, preheated to 250 degrees. We bake for 10 minutes. And then we cook the meat for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces) at a temperature of 220 degrees. To make them fried, at the end of cooking, increase the temperature again to 250 degrees and open the foil. After 2-3 minutes, the meat is browned.
The finished meat turned out to be very tender and juicy on the inside and ruddy on top.
An ideal side dish for such meat is any vegetables. Bon Appetit!
