You can buy lasagna pasta sheets at any grocery store. But if you wish, you can do them yourself. Although special finished products will significantly reduce the cooking time. The main ingredient of the dish is meat, which is twisted in a meat grinder. Although you can buy ready-made minced meat. The type of meat is usually beef, but changes are possible. Pork or mixed minced meat is suitable, which is pre-fried with vegetables and tomatoes. The béchamel sauce permeates each layer of the lasagna during the baking process and makes the dish tender and creamy. Parmesan for sprinkling will successfully replace any hard cheese. It holds the layers of the dish together. The combination of all components will make the taste of lasagna incredibly deep and rich.

- Pasta sheets - 9 pcs.
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese - 200 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Meat - 700 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Milk - 250 ml
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Basil - 2-3 sprigs
- Butter - 25 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Step-by-step preparation of lasagna with classic minced meat, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat, cut off the film with veins and twist it through a meat grinder.
2. Peel the onions, wash and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the garlic.
3. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and put the minced meat to fry. Bring it to a light golden brown over medium heat.
4. Saute the onions in another skillet over medium heat until translucent.
