The main ingredient of the dish is meat, which is twisted in a meat grinder. Although you can buy ready-made minced meat. The type of meat is usually beef, but changes are possible. Pork or mixed minced meat is suitable, which is pre-fried with vegetables and tomatoes.   • Milk - 250 ml
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Basil - 2-3 sprigs
  • Butter - 25 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
