The basis is milk of any fat content. You can take a pasteurized product. It has a pleasant taste and aroma, moreover, even after industrial processing, it retains a sufficient amount of protein, sugar, and enzymes. Ultra-pasteurized, on the other hand, loses almost all of its beneficial properties.
To add a chocolate flavor, we will not use cocoa powder, but a chocolate bar. The choice must be taken seriously. In order for the dish to ultimately turn out delicious, this product must be of high quality. There should be a sufficient amount of cocoa in it. The presence of various additives, for example, nuts, raisins, waffles, are not welcome. Such additives will spoil the consistency of the cream.
To give the desired thickness, add flour and egg yolks to the composition. And sugar is traditionally responsible for sweetness.
