1. First of all, prepare the marinade in which the meat will be marinated. Pour the soy sauce into a small, deep container.

6. In the meantime, prepare the potatoes. Peel the fruit and wash. If the vegetables are young, they can be peeled with a kitchen metal scraper. Then cut each potato in half in half. If the tubers are too large, cut them into quarters.

Put the meat in a baking dish, salt and pepper to taste. Put pieces of potatoes to it, salt and pepper them. The potatoes must be from the bottom, and not from the top of the meat, so that it absorbs the meat juice and fat. Season the root vegetables to taste, if desired.
