- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Mustard - 1, 5 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Citric acid - 1 tsp without slide

1. Pour sour cream into a small, deep container.
2. Then add the mustard. You can use horseradish instead. It will also spice up the dish.
3. Pour mayonnaise with food. You can take it of any fat content. If you are not afraid of the high calorie content of the dish, take mayonnaise with 72% fat content, for a more dietary dish - 30%.
4. Then add citric acid. If you wish, you can add 1 clove of crushed garlic, it will add aroma and piquancy to the dish.
