Step-by-step cooking of curd cakes with cornflakes in the oven
1. Before preparing curd cakes with cornflakes, prepare the curd mass. To do this, take out the butter from the refrigerator in advance and leave it at room temperature. You can speed up the process by heating it in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Then we combine with cottage cheese.
2. Using a fork, grind until smooth with a fork or use a blender.
3. Then add cornflakes and hammer in an egg.
4. Add sugar. Optionally - and vanilla sugar or extract.
5. Mix all products until smooth.
