Cheesecakes, well, they are all good, and juicy delicate texture, and rich curd taste, and pleasant sweetness, and lovely notes of vanilla aroma. However, they still have a fly in the ointment, which significantly spoils the joy of an appetizing breakfast. Cheesecakes are excellent cottage cheese pancakes, but they are fried in a pan in a large amount of vegetable oil. While this is not yet a reason to be upset, there is a great solution to get around such resentment - the oven. Therefore, down with the pans, and we will cook dietary and non-standard cheesecakes in the oven.
In this recipe, in addition to the absence of oil and a harmful fried layer, there is another additional plus. I kneaded the dough, formed the pancakes, put them on a baking sheet, put them in the oven and that's it, then you can go about your business while breakfast is being baked in the kitchen. Such a morning meal will be not only tasty, but also low-calorie.
The ingredients are the same here: cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, but the flour is replaced with corn sticks. Although, if desired, you can add semolina, or leave the usual wheat flour. If you want to get lush cheesecakes, you will have to add baking powder or soda to the dough. In addition, curd cakes can be prepared not in the usual classic round shape, but using small muffin tins.
