Children can also be involved in the cooking process, since it is very easy to make chocolate jelly.
The list of ingredients is rather short, but the result is a delicacy with a strong taste, aroma and mouth-watering appearance.
The basis is fresh milk. It gives a light consistency. To make the dessert thicker and softer, you can use sour cream.
We use cocoa to add a chocolate flavor. An alternative is a bar of chocolate without additives in the form of nuts, raisins, cookies, and more.

Ingredients:
- Milk - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Cocoa - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Gelatin - 10 g
Step by step preparation of chocolate jelly in silicone molds
1. Before making the chocolate jelly, prepare the gelatin. Pour 60 ml of milk powder and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes.
2. Mix sugar and cocoa in a separate metal container. Beforehand, the chocolate powder can be sieved through a strainer, so it mixes faster with other ingredients.
3. Heat the remaining milk a little. Pour a small amount into a mixture of sugar and cocoa and stir well.
4. Add the rest of the milk and mix until smooth.
5. Dissolve the swollen gelatin by heating it in a water bath, and then mix it with the milk mixture.
6. Preparing the molds. They must be placed on a tray or wide plate so that it is convenient to transfer them from the table to the refrigerator. We pour the blank of chocolate jelly into silicone molds and send it to the cold for 1-2 hours.
7. Next, to gently remove the jelly, immerse the mold in hot water for a few seconds and quickly turn it over onto a plate. Decorate with sugar confetti on top.
8. Appetizing and tasty chocolate jelly in silicone molds is ready! We serve it for dessert on a festive table with fruit slices - oranges, apples, bananas.
