Cooking poached eggs in silicone molds
1. Grease the silicone mold with vegetable / butter and pour one egg into each. You can add grated cheese, chopped herbs, etc. if you want, try to choose fresh eggs. For the dish to turn out like the French, the egg must be no more than 4 days old.
2. Place the molds in a container of boiling water. The water level should be no higher than 2/3 of the molds.
3. Cover the dishes and cook the eggs for 3 minutes over medium heat. Boiling water should not be poured into the molds, so select a temperature so that it does not boil too much.
4. When the protein coagulates, remove the eggs from the boiling water, otherwise if they are in it, they will continue to cook. Then the yolk will no longer be creamy, but a little boiled.
