- Curd - 1 kg
- Cream 33% - 600 ml
- Chocolate - 160 g
- Milk - 1 tbsp.
- Cocoa - 3 tablespoons
- Coffee - 100 ml
- Gelatin - 50 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Banana - 3 pcs.
- Cookies - 400 g
- Butter - 100 g
Step-by-step preparation of a chocolate cheesecake without baking
1. Before preparing the no-bake chocolate cheesecake, prepare the base. First of all, grind the cookies into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin. In parallel, melt the butter and combine with the first ingredient. We place the resulting mass on the bottom of a split cake mold and make a dense crust. The diameter of the mold is 26 cm with a wall height of 10-12 cm.
2. Next, fill in the gelatin with chilled brewed coffee. Leave it for 15-20 minutes so that the grains swell.
3. In a separate metal bowl, mix fresh milk with cocoa powder and put on a quiet fire. Gradually bring to a boil.
4. Then remove from the stove and add the broken chocolate. Stir until the tile is completely dissolved.
5. In a chilled deep bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks are obtained.
6. Separately combine cottage cheese, chopped bananas and granulated sugar. Beat all ingredients with a blender until a homogeneous viscous mass is obtained.
