  • Dill - bunch

1. Wash the chicken carcass, remove the remaining feathers, wash and dry. Use a kitchen hatchet to chop the bird into pieces. After boiling, reduce the temperature to a minimum, remove the foam and cook the broth for 40 minutes.

If the poultry is purchased or broiler, then cook the soup in the second broth. Then put the spices in a saucepan with a second liquid.

2. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes. Since I am using young potatoes, the tubers are small and I divide them in two. Old fruits can be cut into the usual size. Peel the carrots, rinse and also cut into smaller cubes.
