I decided to prepare another salad with a slightly non-standard combination of ingredients: cabbage, radishes (learn about the beneficial properties of radishes), tomatoes, olives, onions, ground walnuts, cheese and olive oil (read about the beneficial properties of olive oil). It is a good variety of cheese with nuts and olives that will give your salad an amazing taste, from which it will be difficult to tear off guests and household members. All components of the dish are only beneficial for the body, because the charge of vitamins and useful microelements contains all the ingredients, and the absence of harmful mayonnaise makes the salad indispensable in the diet of every lady. Few calories and maximum benefits are the main advantage of the dish! And also ease of preparation.

9. Mix all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, season with "virgin" or "extra virgin" olive oil (by the way, read how to choose the right olive oil), season with salt and pepper to taste.

In this vitamin and fresh salad, the main thing is to cut everything longitudinally and thinly, so the dish will become juicy, and it will also be very convenient to eat with a fork.

Bon Appetit!
