In winter, we always remember about delicious, tender and very healthy Peking cabbage. I propose a recipe for homemade vitamin salad with Chinese cabbage, radish and cheese. Step-by-step recipe with a photo. Video recipe.
Cabbage salads are incredibly popular and in demand. Cabbage dishes are always light, but at the same time nutritious thanks to the fiber, which is found in large quantities in vegetables. So that salads do not get bored, cabbage is combined with a variety of products. Of all types of cabbage, now Peking cabbage is most in demand due to the content of many useful vitamins, which are especially lacking in the winter season. It is rich in vitamin A, carotene and vitamin C. Its leaves are soft, tender, juicy and can become an excellent base for many salads. With its versatile taste, it goes well with many products. Today I propose to prepare a simple and delicious salad with Chinese cabbage, long white Chinese radish and cheese.
The recipe for this dish is quite simple. The salad itself will be a good addition to the main dish. Crispy cabbage and radish go well with cheese, which can be either hard or processed. You can take any other varieties of radish, because they all go well with cabbage. It is important when using Chinese cabbage, not to make the salad more than for a meal at a time. Since it is better to use it fresh, because after storage in the refrigerator, it loses its taste.
