Today we will make toast with shrimps, wild garlic and eggs. This, of course, is not the most budget option. But on the other hand, it turns out an appetizer with a pleasant shrimp taste, a slightly garlic smell of wild garlic and with a delicate texture of boiled eggs. For lovers of seafood, in particular shrimp, these toasts will seem like a real find! Their delicate taste will conquer any gourmet! If desired, of course, shrimp can be replaced with crab sticks or natural crab meat. The appetizer will come out a little cheaper, but no less tasty.
Such sandwiches can be served on a festive table or for a family evening meal. If you are planning a date or a business meeting, then it is better to refrain from appetizers. Ramson has a bright garlic aroma and spicy taste. Therefore, after eating this herb, the aroma from the lips will not be the most pleasant. It will slightly reduce the pungent smell and pungent taste of wild garlic if the leaves are poured over with boiling water, then finely chopped and poured with a pestle. - Bread - 4 slices
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 150 g
- Ramson - 10-15 leaves
- Processed cheese with shrimp flavor - 100 g
- Salt - a pinch
Step by step cooking toast with shrimp, wild garlic and eggs, recipe with photo:
1. Wash wild garlic leaves and dry with a paper towel, then chop finely.
2. Cut the processed cheese into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. If it does not chop, but chokes and crumples, then pre-soak it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. It will freeze slightly and will be easier to cut.
