- Ground crackers - 2 tablespoons
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Milk - 50 ml
Step by step cooking zucchini chops in breadcrumbs in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the squash and dry it with a paper towel. Cut off the ends on both sides and cut them into rings about 1 cm thick. Take young fruits with a thin peel and small seeds for the recipe. Otherwise, the vegetable will have to be peeled and seeds removed, which will prevent the chops from being cooked.
2. Use a serrated hammer to beat off the zucchini rings on both sides. To prevent splashes from flying in different directions, cover the zucchini with a plastic bag and beat them through it.
