- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Vanilla crackers - 150 g
- Bread - 100 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Prunes - 100 g
- Cognac - 50 ml
- Almond shavings - 50 g
- Sugar - 50 g
Cooking a diet curd bar with breadcrumbs and nuts:
1. Place the cottage cheese and sugar in the bowl of a food processor.
2. Beat the curd until smooth, breaking all lumps and graininess. The mass should be smooth and uniform.
3. Pour cognac to the curd. It can be substituted with rum, liquor, or whiskey. But if children use the dessert, then refrain from cognac.
