Therefore, it will take a little more time to prepare the appetizer than usual, while the dish will turn out with an excellent spicy taste. Any kind of sausage is suitable as sausages: boiled, boiled-smoked, semi-smoked, etc. You can also use ham or ham instead of sausage.

Step-by-step cooking of vegetable sausage sandwiches:
1. Wash the courgettes and eggplants and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off the ends from both ends and cut the fruits into thin rings of 0.5-0.7 mm. It is advisable to use young vegetables.
