Step by step preparation of fresh vegetable salad from summer vegetables, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into medium sized pieces.
2. Wash cucumbers, dry with a towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarter rings or any other size.
3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely with a knife. Wash, dry and chop green onions.
4. Wash parsley and basil under running water, dry with a napkin and finely chop.
5. Place all food in a deep bowl. Season with salt and top with vegetable oil.
