The recipe for a chocolate cake without eggs struck me on the spot when I saw the composition of the necessary products and the method of preparation on one foreign website. The author described the recipe so deliciously that I decided to try it. Cooking was not difficult at all, high culinary skills did not require, and the whole family loved the cake.
Many people think that baking without eggs is fantastic, but not at all. It is very easy and pleasant to bake without them. And as for me, the dough without eggs turns out to be much softer and tastier, in addition to this, it is easier for the body to absorb. In addition, in this culinary delight, I use cocoa powder, but if you wish, you can replace it with natural dark chocolate. It will need to be pre-melted in a water bath. Having tried to make such a delicacy once at home, you will see that it is very easy to prepare.
If desired, the cake can be covered with chocolate icing, or nuts or cherries can be added to the dough. These products go well with each other. And if the product is cut in half lengthwise and greased with cream, you get a real birthday cake.

Step-by-step preparation of egg-free milk chocolate cake
1. Pour room temperature milk and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl. Stir to distribute the liquid ingredients evenly.
2. Add cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda and citric acid.
3. Stir the food again until smooth.
4. Add flour. It is desirable to sift it through a fine sieve to enrich it with oxygen. Then the product will turn out to be more lush and delicate. Instead of wheat flour, you can use rye or oat flour. Then the product will turn out to be more dietary.
5. Knead the dough until smooth and homogeneous, so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream, i.e. pouring.
6. Cover a baking dish with parchment or grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour the dough and send it to bake in a heated oven at 200 ° C for 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden splinter - it should come out dry.
7. Remove the eggless milk chocolate cake from the mold after it has cooled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa powder before serving.
