Cooking chocolate cake with condensed milk:
1. Beat eggs with a mixer in a deep bowl, adding salt. Then carefully add the condensed milk, flour, cocoa and soda, mix gently, moving the spoon in only one direction.
2. Grease a baking dish (26-29 cm) or cover with parchment. Pour all the dough at once and bake the biscuit in the preheated oven. The temperature should be around 200 degrees. Do not open the door for the first 10 minutes. Willingness to test with a dry wooden stick.
3. To prepare the cream, you need to beat the sour cream with condensed milk, add half a finely chopped banana to the mass (find out about the calorie content of a banana) and beat again.
4. When the finished biscuit has cooled, cut off the “cap” from it with a thin layer, and divide the remaining cake into two. Cut the cut off the top into cubes.
5. Smear the bottom cake with cream, not sparing. On top of the cream, put the remaining half of the banana, cut into slices. Cover with a second cake layer, grease with cream again. Mix the biscuit cubes with the rest of the cream and place them in a neat layer on top of the chocolate cake.
6. Prepare the icing. Melt any chocolate in a water bath (the benefits of chocolate are not small), adding three tablespoons of milk to it. Do not bring to a boil. Pour the resulting mixture randomly over the cake. Dessert should be soaked at room temperature for at least 2 hours, then put the chocolate cake in the refrigerator for another 2-4 hours. Then you can call the guests, put the kettle on and … have a nice tea party!
