A step-by-step recipe with a photo of making coffee ice cubes at home. Useful properties for the body. Application in cosmetology and use in cooking. Video recipe.
Coffee is a drink that you cannot refuse, even for those who are not a fan of it. After all, coffee invigorates and energizes. However, on a hot day, you want not only invigorating, but also cooling. I propose to make ice from your favorite drink, which will refresh in the summer heat, while maintaining a pleasant and recognizable taste. To enjoy the aromatic coolness, coffee ice cubes can be added to milk or even water. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are made with them, dipped in hot chocolate for cooling, etc.
Pieces of iced coffee can serve not only for making a cocktail, but also become a wonderful anti-aging cosmetic product. Potassium and magnesium, fats and minerals are found in coffee beans. This composition helps to cleanse the skin and make it healthier, more elastic and beautiful. Ice cubes help slow down skin aging and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. The recipe for freezing coffee at home is very simple. It does not require large financial costs and does not take much time. At the same time, coffee ice will refresh and invigorate when consumed and tone the skin of the face from daily morning massages.

- Servings - 12
- Cooking time - 5 minutes for cooking, plus time for setting
Ingredients:
- Brewed ground coffee - 1 tsp with a slide
- Drinking water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp or to taste
Step by step preparation of coffee ice cubes, recipe with photo:
1. Use a convenient container for making coffee. It can be a Turk, a mug, or any other dish. Pour the ground brewed coffee into the container of your choice.
2. Pour sugar next. Although sugar can be omitted. This is to your liking and optional. You can also add any aromatic herbs and spices, for example, cardamom, anise, cloves, allspice peas, etc.
3. Pour drinking water into a mug.
4. Send coffee to brew on the stove. Turn on moderate heat and wait for it to boil. As soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface, which will quickly rise upward, remove the Turk from the fire. Otherwise they will run away and stain the stove.
5. Place the lid on the container with the brewed coffee and leave to infuse.
6. Cool the drink to room temperature and strain it through fine filtration (cheesecloth, sieve).
7. Pour the coffee drink into special ice cube trays or silicone candy containers.
8. Send it to freeze in the freezer at a temperature not exceeding -15 ° C. If there is a "shock freeze" mode, use it. And when the ice freezes, return the freezer to the previous mode.
9. Remove the frozen coffee ice cubes from the container and put them in a special bag. Send them to the freezer for further storage. Their shelf life is up to 6 months, provided that the temperature is not higher than -15 degrees.
