A very simple recipe for making blueberry jam for the winter while preserving the maximum number of useful properties.

In the summer, when the blueberry season (early July - mid or late August), you need to try to eat these berries as fresh as possible, and for the winter you can dry them or make jam. Naturally, the last option will contain the least amount of useful properties, but, nevertheless, they will be there if we prepare blueberry jam without the procedure - cooking, as I will describe below. It is also very simple and fast. Any other berries (strawberries, currants, raspberries, lingonberries, etc.) are best done using the same recipe! Well, if you like to eat boiled sugar with berries, which do not have an ounce of benefit, then please read other recipes and cook jam, which will only harm the body.

Ingredients:
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Blueberry jam recipe:
1. Rinse blueberries in a colander and sort out debris - leaves and twigs.
2. Further, it is preferable to grind the berries with sugar in a blender. Pour some of the lingonberries into a blender, grind a little until liquid, add sugar and continue grinding until the sugar dissolves. Pour everything into a basin and stir a couple of times with a wooden spoon. Everything is very simple and fast! If there is no blender, then pass the berries through a meat grinder, add sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved with a spoon.
3. The resulting jam must be immediately closed in pasteurized jars with lids.
That's all! One hour is enough to make 2-3 liters of blueberry jam.
