When summer days rush so fast, you want to stock up on berries and preserve their vitamins until the cold weather. All you need is to make live blueberry jam without cooking, then in winter the aroma and taste of summer will be on the table. This jam can be served with pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes, cottage cheese. Since blueberry jam, or in other words, grated berries, is not heat-treated, a sufficient amount of sugar should help preserve the berries for a long time. In addition, thanks to the pectin contained in blueberries, the berry puree will become jelly-like. You only need to store the jam without cooking in the refrigerator.
