A simple recipe for making a colorful, refreshing, childish and very tasty and healthy dessert from orange and kiwi fruits.
Dessert is prepared in no time. Juicy, naturally picturesque tropical fruits turn into a real gastronomic masterpiece. By this method of preparation, not only the vitamins of southern fruits are preserved, but also their characteristic taste, richness of color. The pulp of orange and kiwi becomes even more tender, with a uniform consistency. We will put the two recipes together, but each of them can "work" independently.

Ingredients:
- Orange - 1 pc.
- Kiwi - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Honey - 1 tbsp. l.
- Butter - 10 g
- Flour - 1 tsp
- Mint - 1 sprig
Cooking orange and kiwi dessert:
1. First, make a kiwi cream. We clean the washed fruit from the skin, send it to a blender along with honey, mint, beat. The first recipe is ready!
2. Cut the orange into equal halves.
3. Carefully cut out the orange pulp without damaging the peel. We will fill the resulting "bowls" with sweet filling in two versions.
4. Beat the orange core in a blender too.
5. Let's start preparing the orange cream. It is made like a custard. Add flour to the melted butter, mix.
6. Add juice with orange pulp, sugar and stir vigorously. We get a thick texture with a bright color.
7. Put kiwi cream in one "bowl", orange cream in the other. If desired, decorate the fruit dessert with a mint leaf, pastry cream.
It's even difficult to give preference to any filling - they are both good! And with such a setting, you won't need to wash the dishes.
