A quick and incredibly delicious microwave dessert made from fruit puree with egg whites. It is suitable for a children's and dietary table, people who want to lose weight and watch their figure, supporters of healthy and wholesome food. You can cook it on purpose, or use the proteins remaining after baking. However, only the owners of microwave ovens will be able to enjoy themselves, because in the oven, such a delicate and airy soufflé will not work.
Any fruit puree is suitable: apple, pear, apricot, pumpkin, plum, etc. It can be used freshly prepared or canned. Of course, fruit desserts are inferior in nutritional value to fresh fruit. However, if there is a choice between a standard cake, pie, cookies … a fruit dessert is preferable. Adjust the amount of added sugar in the recipe depending on the sweetness of the fruit puree. Perhaps exclude it from the recipe altogether. the sweetness of the fruit itself will suffice.
Another advantage of the recipe is the speed of preparation, you don't have to mess around for more than 10 minutes. In addition, the delicacy turns out to be very light, tender and airy. There is absolutely no flour in it, so it is dietary and low-calorie. This is an easy dessert soufflé both in preparation and for the stomach.

Ingredients:
- Fruit puree - 150 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon or to taste
Step-by-step preparation of dessert in the microwave from fruit puree with proteins, recipe with photo:
1. Wash and dry the eggs with a paper towel. Break the shells gently and separate the whites from the yolks. You don't need yolks for the recipe, so cover them with cling film and refrigerate or use for another recipe. And pour the proteins into a clean and dry container without drops of fat. Otherwise, they will not beat up to the desired consistency.
2. Using a mixer, at first at low speed, beat the whites until an airy foam is formed. Then begin to add sugar a little and increase the speed of the mixer. Whisk the egg whites until white fluffy and firm peaks.
3. Add ground cinnamon to the proteins and mix with a mixer.
4. Then add fruit puree. I use it canned. Puree baby food is also suitable. Or make fresh puree. To do this, bake selected fruits, for example, apples or pears, in the oven. Then grind them with a blender until smooth.
5. Use a spoon to gently stir the whipped egg whites and puree until smooth. Do this slowly in one direction from top to bottom to prevent the squirrels from settling.
6. Divide the air mass into portioned silicone molds or into any other convenient container.
7. Send the fruit puree dessert with proteins to the microwave. With an appliance power of 850 kW, cook the treat for 3 minutes. If the power of the appliance is different, adjust the cooking time. If there is no microwave oven, bake the dessert in the oven for 15 minutes, or make it on the steam bath. Serve both warm and chilled.
