A simple recipe for making a delicate curd dessert with the addition of banana and strawberries.
This delicacy is made very simply, the amount of ingredients can be adjusted along the way, since everyone has different tastes - who prefers a thicker dessert, and who is thinner and sweeter. The portion is for one person.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese (medium fat) - 100-120 g
- Strawberries - 70-80 g
- Banana - 50 g
- Sour cream - 40 g
- Sugar (optional) - 0.5-1 tsp.
Cooking a curd dessert with the addition of banana and strawberries:
1. It is better to chop banana and strawberries with a knife beforehand.
2. Pour fruits, cottage cheese and sour cream into a blender. I did it without sugar, but if you are a fan of making it sweeter, then you should put sugar in the amount of 0.5-1 teaspoon. Stir in a blender until smooth.
3. Pour the resulting dessert into a portioned container and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with whole strawberries if desired.
