Today I have prepared a wonderful delicacy that can be prepared in a matter of minutes, and without the use of an oven. This is an uncomplicated culinary recipe that you will definitely love, both for its taste and for the ease of preparation.
By the same principle, you can cook cookies from nuts, seeds, almonds, dried fruits, raisins and other products. Cornflakes for cookies can be used classic, chocolate or assorted. You will find regular cereals and quick breakfasts on the shelves of the shops. For cookies, you should choose cereals exclusively for breakfast cereals, since ordinary ones will quickly get wet, lose their shape and turn into a cake.
You can take any chocolate for dessert you like: black, milk, white, or several varieties. Banana can be substituted with applesauce or twisted prunes. In general, if you change the ingredients every time, you can constantly get new flavors of quick cookies.

That is why it is most convenient to melt chocolate in a water bath. Then you can follow him closely.
3. Wash the banana, peel it, break it into pieces and put it in a container. Remember it with a fork so it turns into a puree. A blender can be used for this process. But in order not to get dirty and not to wash the device once again, it is better to use a fork, since the banana kneads very easily.
4. Combine melted chocolate, banana puree and cocoa powder.
5. Stir the mixture until smooth.
6. Add cornflakes, sunflower seeds and bran to the chocolate mass. The seeds can be pre-calcined in a pan, then they will become tastier, but also much more nutritious. Use any bran that you find in the supermarket: flaxseed, rye, wheat …
7. Stir the food until the chocolate is evenly coated on all sides.
8. Cover the board with cling film, foil or parchment paper. Take a serving of the cereal with a tablespoon and place it on the surface. Give them a neat shape and send them to the refrigerator to freeze for half an hour. To speed up the setting time, you can put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
9. When the chocolate has hardened, remove the cookies from the paper, put them on a platter and serve with fresh tea, coffee or a glass of milk.
