Cooking baked pumpkin with honey
1. Cut off the necessary part of the pumpkin, peel and cut into slices about 5-7 mm thick. If you have an incised fruit, remember that it will not be stored for a long time. It must be used within a week, otherwise it will start to deteriorate.
2. Wash the lemon, cut it in half and squeeze the juice out of it.
3. Put honey and ground cinnamon in a container with lemon juice.
4. Stir the sauce well.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the pumpkin slices on it, pour over the honey-lemon sauce. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the delicacy to bake for 40 minutes. Then serve it to the table. It can be consumed both hot and cold.
