Pancakes have been one of the most favorite dishes in Russia since ancient times. In time immemorial, they were baked on Maslenitsa, when they saw off the winter and met the sunny spring. Such yellow fragrant circles are so reminiscent of a bright sun. And many years later, today, pancakes continue to be a favorite and popular dish.
At this time, as well as in other things and in ancient hours, there are many recipes and varieties of pancakes. For example, they are made thin, delicate, thick, yeast-based, in milk, water, kefir, with a bake, stuffed, etc. In addition, they can also be made from wheat, oatmeal, rye and buckwheat flour. In general, the choice is huge, and there is where to roam.
Today's recipe suggests making interesting pancakes with a delicate chocolate spider web. There are two ways to cook them. For example, as I did, I baked white pancakes separately, and separately a chocolate spider web. And then I connected them together. But you can still make them together. Pour the white dough into the pan, on which to put the chocolate mesh. In the second case, experience is needed to make the pancake beautifully. But with its purchase, you can bake them quickly and dexterously.

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
- Milk - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons or to taste
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
- Refined vegetable oil - for frying
Cooking openwork pancakes
1. First, knead the dough. To do this, combine all products, except cocoa, in a deep container and mix well with a whisk or blender to get a homogeneous mass without lumps.
Heat the milk a little, but not much, it should not be hot. Sift the flour beforehand. Eggs at room temperature, I advise you to beat separately with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla, then the pancakes will be porous.
2. Now take a second bowl and pour it into it? the part of the dough into which you put the cocoa powder. Stir in well to dissolve completely.
3. Place the pan on the stove, brush with vegetable oil and heat well. The surface should be very hot to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
Pour in a serving of white dough and fry regular pancakes. First, on one side, until golden brown, about 2 minutes, then turn over to the back side and keep them for 1 minute. If they break, this indicates that there is not enough flour. Then add it, but a little, so as not to overdo it.
3. Bake the next pancake - a chocolate spider web. To do this, pour the chocolate dough into a plastic bottle and close it with a lid, in which make a hole with a diameter of about 3 mm. Pour the dough into the pan through the hole, drawing different patterns. Such a pancake grabs instantly. Therefore, as soon as you finish drawing it, after 15-20 seconds you can turn it over to the other side.
4. Now put together a beautiful dish. Place the cobweb chocolate pancake on the countertop.
5. On top of the openwork, put a white pancake.
6. Roll the product into a roll, envelope, stuff with the filling and serve a culinary masterpiece.
