Especially the dish will turn out delicious with fresh young peas, but with canned peas, it will also be delicious. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or unsweetened natural yogurt for dressing, which will make the salad especially tender. Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs. (frozen cucumbers are used in this recipe)
- Canned green peas - 200 g
- Sour cream / mayonnaise - for dressing
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Doctor's sausage - 250 g
Step by step cooking salad with eggs, fresh cucumbers and green peas, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the boiled potatoes in their uniforms and cut into medium-sized cubes. However, the chopped food should not be larger than green peas. Ideally, all ingredients are cut to the same size as the peas to make the salad look nice.
2. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.
3. Eggs, hard boiled, peel and cut, like all products.
4. Cut the sausage in the same way as the previous ingredients.
5. Add green peas to the food, from which drain all the brine and chopped cucumbers. If the cucumbers are frozen, then defrost them beforehand, without using a microwave oven.
6. Season food with mayonnaise and stir. Chill the finished salad with eggs, fresh cucumbers and green peas in the refrigerator for half an hour and serve it to the table.
