Ingredients:
- Young white cabbage - 200-250 g
- Green onions - bunch
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Canned mackerel in oil or in its own juice - 1 can (240 g)
- Parsley - a bunch
- Salt - pinch or to taste
Step by step cooking salad with cabbage, cucumbers and canned mackerel, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. they are usually dirty. Wash the head of cabbage, dry with a paper towel and chop into thin strips.
2. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarter rings.
3. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
4. Wash green onions, dry with a paper towel and chop.
5. Remove the mackerel from the jar, blot with oil and cut into medium-sized pieces.
6. Place all food in a bowl.
7. Salad with cabbage, cucumbers and canned mackerel, season with vegetable oil, season with salt and stir. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and serve.
