Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 250 g
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Crab sticks - 4 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Parsley - a few twigs
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Hot green peppers - 0.25 pods
- Cilantro - a few twigs
Step by step preparation of green salad with crab sticks, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the white cabbage, remove the top dirty inflorescences and chop into thin strips.
2. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a towel, cut off the ends and cut into thin half rings of 3-4 mm.
3. Wash greens and chop finely. Remove the seeds from the hot pepper, because they are very bitter, rinse and chop finely.
4. Remove the film from the crab sticks and cut into rings or strips. If they are frozen, defrost them first. For this, do not use a microwave oven and water, because it will only spoil their taste.
5. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt to taste and pour over with vegetable oil.
6. Toss green salad with crab sticks and serve. You can keep it in the refrigerator for a short time before serving.
