It is made simply from the most common products, but it turns out to be extremely tasty. Its preparation does not take much time, so you can quickly make the dish to household members or when guests are on the doorstep.
One of the secrets of the salad is good crab sticks or surimi. This is an affordable and tasty product. Crab sticks are quite salty, so in salads they go well with fresh ingredients like tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados … In order not to extinguish the fresh taste of surimi meat, do not season the salad with fatty mayonnaise, which contains a lot of vinegar, and olive oil, because it has a specific oily flavor. Make light dressings with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, and lemon juice. If you use mayonnaise, then dilute it with sour cream or non-heavy cream.

- Tomatoes - 1 pc.

- Green onions - 2-4 feathers
- French grain mustard - 1 tsp
- Salt - pinch or to taste

1. Wash tomatoes and cucumbers with cold running water, dry with a paper towel and cut on a small board: cucumbers into thin quarter rings, tomatoes into thicker slices.
Take young cucumbers for the recipe, not large in size with pimples. These are the most delicious. Buy tomatoes that are fleshy and juicy, but not too watery. Otherwise, the salad will flow and will not look presentable.
2. Peel the inside of the hot pepper from seeds, because it is in them that all the sharpness is concentrated. Cut off tight partitions, wash inside and out. Then chop finely. Handle peppers with gloves, as it is very burning, otherwise you can rub your eye later, and it will be very bad.
Peel the garlic and chop finely. Do not pass through the press, because in the salad, it must be exactly chopped, otherwise the garlic taste and aroma will prevail in the dish.
3. Wash cilantro and green onions, dry with a cotton towel and chop finely. If you wish, you can add any other greens: dill, basil, parsley …
4. Crab sticks are usually sold frozen. Therefore, defrost them first. Do this at room temperature, without using a microwave oven. Otherwise, their taste and quality will deteriorate and they will become soft.
Then peel the sticks from the packaging and cut into medium pieces.
5. Place all chopped foods in a bowl and prepare the sauce. To do this, pour vegetable oil, soy sauce and grain mustard into a small bowl.
6. Stir the dressing with a fork until smooth. Then taste and add salt if necessary. Since the soy sauce is already salty, the salt may no longer be needed in the dish. If the salad is first seasoned with salt and then seasoned with soy sauce, there is a risk that it will be oversalted.
I also draw your attention to the salad dressing only immediately before use. Otherwise, the vegetables will give juice from the salt and the dish will be very watery.
7. Set aside the salad and dressing bowl and cook the poached egg. The quickest and easiest way is to cook it in the microwave. To do this, fill a cup with drinking water, add a pinch of salt and a drop of vinegar. Wash the egg and gently break the shell so as not to damage the yolk. Pour the contents into a cup of water.
The eggs must be fresh for the poached to work. Be sure to add salt and vinegar, this will help the protein better "grab" and properly envelop the yolk.
8. Send the bowl of egg without a lid to the microwave. With an appliance power of 850 kW, cook it for 1 minute. Then immediately drain the hot water, otherwise the egg will continue to cook in it, and the yolk will not have the desired consistency. Dry the finished egg very gently on a paper towel so as not to damage the egg white.
