- Butter - 150 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Wheat flour - 250 g
- Sour cream - 75 ml

1. Dip the chunks of cold butter into a food processor. I draw your attention to the fact that the oil should be exactly cold, not frozen.
2. Next, pour the chilled sour cream into the bowl.
3. Pour wheat flour to the food, which it is advisable to pre-sift through a fine sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen. This will make the dough more tender and crumbly. Also add baking powder. If not, use 0.5 tsp baking soda.
If you wish, you can add any flavoring additives to the dough: crushed nuts, coconut, vanillin, ground cinnamon, ginger powder, saffron, etc.
