Ingredients:
- Beef ribs or tenderloin - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Plum or tkemali sauce - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step cooking of beef in sweet and sour sauce, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the ribs into segments. If you do not want a greasy dish, cut off the excess fat from pieces.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Send the beef into it and fry on high heat on all sides until golden brown, which seals all the juice in the pieces.
