Omelet and scrambled eggs are breakfast queens. They are very simple to prepare, and if desired, they can be arranged in an unusual design, for example, in the form of a meringue with a sweet filling.

It would seem, well, who does not know how to fry eggs? He heated the frying pan, poured oil, hammered in an egg and the fried eggs are ready. You don't even need a recipe with a photo here, since everything is clear anyway. However, scrambled eggs have been cooked in a similar way for the hundredth time, and you will get bored and want to know how you can make them tastier and more interesting.

There are a lot of options for cooking scrambled eggs. For example, one of the most common with tomatoes and sausage, bacon, bread, cheese, sausage, mushrooms and other foods. However, today I want to offer a variant of sweet scrambled eggs with strawberries. In addition, we will not make scrambled eggs, or simply by breaking them into a frying pan, and pre-beat the eggs with a mixer into a fluffy mass. Why such an omelet can rightfully be called the most delicate sweet dessert.

I recommend using well chilled eggs for this recipe; it will be enough to pre-hold them for 5-7 minutes in the freezer. Then the meringue will turn out to be especially lush. In addition, for a rich taste and appetizing look, it is better to use rustic eggs. But in this case, you should know how to choose such eggs correctly - the shell surface of a recently laid egg is matte, not glossy.
