- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for greasing the baking sheet

Step by step cooking zucchini in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the squash and dry it with a towel. Cut off the ends on both sides and cut the fruit into rings about 5 mm thick. Take young fruits with thin skin and small seeds. Otherwise, the zucchini will have to be peeled and large seeds removed.
2. Lubricate the microwave glass baking sheet with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
3. Place the courgettes on a baking sheet so that they do not come into contact with each other.
